To give you an idea of the process involved, we’ve laid out a few of the foundational aspects involved in a search:

  1. Search Engagement: We ask all of our clients to sign our standard contract, which also outlines our fees, before we ignite a search. All of our searches are done on a contingency basis.
  2. Company Mission & Search Requirements: We meet with our clients (virtually or in-person) to hear what their company is all about and what exactly their requirements are for the position to be filled.
  3. Candidate Identification: Certainly one of the most critical stages of the search, Jupiter Jobs takes the information provided by our clients, coupled with our own industry knowledge and research, we begin to identify the ‘right’ candidate for a search based on our own connections and incoming queries.
  4. Reference Checking: We begin very detailed reference checking as early in the search process as possible. In addition, we provide in depth reports from our findings upon client request.
  5. Client-Candidate Interviews: When the time is right, we will promptly set-up a meeting for you to interview a potential candidate.
  6. Interview Feedback: We believe strongly in circling back to our clients for feedback on candidate interviews. Hearing your feedback is essential as we fine-tune our search.
  7. Negotiation of Offer: Our knowledge of the market and current salaries and benefits packages is invaluable to our clients as we work with them closely to provide a competitive and reasonable package to potential candidates.
  8. Follow-Up: We retain long-term client relationships by making sure we follow-up and ensure successful searches.
