How long should the search process take?

A:

This depends upon each of our clients needs and the market conditions at the time the search is given to us. That being said, we try to fill our searches almost immediately, if not in a reasonable amount of time.

What can clients do to help ignite an effective and efficient search process?

A:

Following are a few guidelines to ensure a productive search:
  1. Find a recruiting firm that understands the industry in which you operate as well as the present and future requirements for the position in need.
  2. Invest some quality time with your recruiter – spend time outlining what you think you need and provide a solid understanding of your business. Remember, your recruiter is selling your company – they are as good as the information provided to them.
  3. Make time to communicate with your recruiter. Circling back to provide feedback on an interview candidate is extremely important for recruiters so they are able to modify their search, if need be.
  4. Make sure your recruiting partner is as committed to completing the search assignment as you are.
  5. Communicate the importance of your search amongst your company’s management team. In a time of intense competition for solid talent, responsiveness from key management is critical.
  6. Once you reach the stage where you’ve found your perfect candidate, allow some negotiation time as well as time for the candidate to think over your offer. It’s extremely important that all clients and candidates are 100% sure of their decisions, time is needed to allow all involved to think things through.

What happens if a candidate placed through Jupiter Jobs decides to quit soon after?

A:

We stand behind our candidates and our commitment to you. Although it is certainly the exception to the rule, it does happen. As our Services Agreement with you provides, depending on how soon after placement the candidate leaves, a portion of the fee you paid with respect to that candidate would be refunded to you. If you wish, we can also apply the refundable portion of the fee toward the fee applicable to any subsequent candidate we identify for the position.

How will my company be compensated if Jupiter Jobs recruits an employee from my company?

A:

Jupiter Jobs will NEVER recruit out of any of our client’s companies. We will not contact any of the employees in your organization, placed by Jupiter Jobs or not.
